2-tiered wedding cake

i baked this for my cousin, Uda..

she called, and said she wants a cake in white, with red flowers..

A LOT OF RED FLOWERS..

hehehe.. then i said, ah ok, tp ikut design kita or Uda ada pic..

she sent me couple of pictures.. 

then, I asked her..'Uda, kita buat ikut cantik kat mata kita ek..'

then she kata..'ah, ok lah ok lah as long a lottt of flowersss..'

and Tadaaaa... Here's the cake..

two tiered choc cake, with choc ganache, topped with fondant, with my very own home-made gumpaste roses..
